All qualification rides must be completed by 6th May 2024 as a combination. Qualifications will be checked on submitting your ride entry and your entry may be refused if they do not comply. Please contact us if you need an extension as we know that sometimes life happens or rides get cancelled!

A rider can 'elevate' in any class that has a vet gate. You must pass the vetting at that vet gate which includes any morning trot-ups (i.e. for the two day classes you must present your horse to the vet in the morning). On passing the vet you will be credited with the distance achieved and a Grade will be awarded. You must let the vet steward know after you have passed the vet and prior to the time you are due to start your next 'loop'. If the start time passes you will be recorded as a Retired On Course without the benefit of an elevation.
